Elegant wine made from grapes located at 1,050 m asl. Owned Vineyards in the Uco Valley, La Consulta (1,050 m asl). Alcoholic fermentation at 27 ° C for 10 days with use of selected yeasts. Total soaking period of 24 days, as daily tasting. 100% malolactic fermentation. 80% of the blend is aged in used French and American oak for 9 months.
- Red, deep intense, ruby reflections.
- Complex, highlighting the fruit, especially fresh black fruit: black cherries, blackberries, spicy with contribution of graphite (mineral). All this in combination with vanilla, mocha, delivered by the barrel aging.
- Very smooth texture, sweet tannins, elegant aftertaste.
Recommendations: Serve at 18°C. Pairing: Ideal with pork loin and goat empanadas baked in the clay oven.
