Elegant wine made from grapes located at 1,050 m asl. Owned Vineyards in the Uco Valley, La Consulta (1,050 m asl). Alcoholic fermentation at 27 ° C for 10 days with use of selected yeasts. Total soaking period of 24 days, as daily tasting. 100% malolactic fermentation. 80% of the blend is aged in used French and American oak for 9 months.
- Garnet red color, deep ruby reflections.
- Ripe black fruit with spicy contribution such as black pepper and paprika.The oak aging makes this wine`s intense nose and mouth stay in equilibrium: mocha, caramel, vanilla.
- Very Wine of a firm structure, typical of the variety, with good concentration and smoothness. Finish is long and very elegant.
Recommendations: Serve at 18 º C. Pairing: Ideal with duck magret.
