Elegant wine made from grapes located at 1,050 m asl. Owned Vineyards in the Uco Valley, La Consulta (1,050 m asl).
Alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C for 18 days with use of selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Total soaking period of 24 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. 40% of the blend is aged in used French and American oak for 6 months.
- Bright yellow color.
- Intense tropical fresh fruits aroma, elegantly assembled with mineralization (typical from Uco Valley) and subtle contributions of oak and lactic notes, like cream and coconut as a result of malolactic fermentation in barrels.
- The palate is balanced, oily mid palate and a balanced acidity.
Recommendations: Serve at 10°C. Pairing: Ideal with grilled pink salmon.
