Elegant wine made from grapes located at 1,050 m asl. Owned Vineyards in the Uco Valley, La Consulta (1,050 m asl). Alcoholic fermentation at 27 ° C for 10 days with use of selected yeasts. Total soaking period of 24 days, as daily tasting. 100% malolactic fermentation. 80% of the blend is aged in used French and American oak for 9 months.
- Red purple reflections, bright.
- Red fruit licorice and balsamic, like sour cherry, in perfect harmony with the delicacy of violets and oaky notes: mocha, vanilla, toffee.
- Intense, first palate is typical of Malbec, with sweetness, firm mid palate yet elegant. Good balance of tannic structure and chemical (acidity-alcohol).
Recommendations: Serve at 18 º C. Pairing: Ideal with Argentinean dishes, locro, pastries and barbecue.
