Our reserve wines are the result of the unique terroir expression in the Uco Valley, cradle of the world’s greatest Argentinian wines. Fruity marked wines and balanced oak aging.

Uco Valley, La Consulta, Mendoza (1,100 m a sl).

Maceration Prefermentative: cold, 3 days at 9°C.
Alcoholic Fermentation: 10 days at 26-27°C average temperature.
Post Alcoholic Fermentation Maceration: 5-7 days with periodic tasting.
Malolactic Fermentation: 100%

Eyes : Garnet red and deep ruby reflections.
Nose: Presents a palette of aromas ranging from vegetal with hints of sweet pepper, ripe black fruit such as blackberries, sealed by its oak ageing.
Mouth: Firm tannins that give structure and smoothness with good fruit maturity.

· Acidity.: 5,50 g/L in tartaric acid
· Residual sugar: 2,20 g/L
· pH: 3,60
