Our reserve wines are the result of the unique terroir expression in the Uco Valley, cradle of the world’s greatest Argentinian wines. Fruity marked wines and balanced oak aging.
Uco Valley, La Consulta, Mendoza (1,100 m a sl).
Alcoholic Fermentation: 18 to 21 days at 12-14°C average temperature.
Eyes: Steely yellow wine.
Nose: aromatic, defined by mineral notes; citrus fruits and stone fruits (peach and apricot) and white flowers.
Mouth: On the palate it is very fresh, very balanced and fruity, with a large mouth structure.
