Our reserve wines are the result of the unique terroir expression in the Uco Valley, cradle of the world’s greatest Argentinian wines. Fruity marked wines and balanced oak aging.

Maceration Prefermentative: cold, 3 days at 9°C.
Alcoholic Fermentation: 10 days at 26-27°C average temperature.
Post Alcoholic Fermentation Maceration: 5 days with periodic tasting.
Malolactic Fermentation: 100%

Deep and intense red color, with spicy aromatic (black pepper) and fruity (black cherry). In the mouth firm and silky tannins that give structure to this great wine

Azúcares Reductores: 2,4 g/l
pH: 3,6
