Our reserve wines are the result of the unique terroir expression in the Uco Valley, cradle of the world’s greatest Argentinian wines. Fruity marked wines and balanced oak aging.
Uco Valley, La Consulta, Mendoza (1,100 m a sl).
Maceration: cold, pre fermentative, 3 days at 9°C.
Alcoholic Fermentation: 10 days at 26-27°C average temperature.
Post Alcoholic Fermentation Maceration: 5-7 days with periodic tasting.
Malolactic Fermentation: 100%
Eyes : Intense, deep red color with violet hues.
Nose: Profile of ripe fruit, such as plums, black cherries and small floral notes. Good balance of oak, highlighting vanilla and chocolate.
Mouth: The palate is intense, with a long finish with lingering notes of fruit. Sweet tannins. Good balance of tannic structure and acidity.
