Pioneer Cabernet Sauvignon

Own vineyards, in the Uco Valley, La Consulta (1050 masl).
Alcoholic fermentation at 27 ° C for 10 days using selected yeasts. The total maceration period is 24 days, according to daily tasting. Fermentation 100% malolactic.
80% of the blend is grown in used barrels of French and American oak for 9 months.

Garnet red color, deep ruby reflections.
Ripe black fruit with spicy contribution such as black pepper and
paprika. The oak aging makes this wine`s intense nose and mouth
stay in equilibrium: mocha, caramel, vanilla.
Wine of a firm structure, typical of the variety, with good concentration and smoothness.
Finish is long and very elegant.
