Alcoholic Fermentation: 18 to 21 days at 12-14°Caverage temperature.

Eyes: Steely yellow wine.
Nose: aromatic, dened by mineral notes; citrus fruits and stone fruits (peach and apricot) and white owers.
Mouth: On the palate it is very fresh, very balanced and fruity, with a large mouth structure.
